Best wishes to all Athletes who are competing in the Irish Life Dublin Marathon this Sunday 2th Oct. This race will once again incorporate the AAI National Marathon Championships. Please note that any Athletes who won medals in AAI National 10 mile or National Half Marathon Championships will be able to collect these at the Marathon Expo in the RDS at the following times from Athletics Ireland Expo Stand;
Fri 27th 15:00 – 18:00
Sat 28th 12:00 – 15:00
After the above dates, medals will be available to collect from Athletics Ireland Office in Santry.
Please see attached revised Team selections for British & Irish Masters CC Champs in Glasgow Sat 11th Nov. Have lost a few key Athletes following withdrawal through injury, but thankfully Reserves who were called up were available to travel. Hopefully no other Athlete will have to make a difficult call to withdraw, but if so, please let us know as soon as possible, to allow us to contact the Reserve(s) and afford them ample time to make travel arrangements.
